Could this be the perfect soldiers blade? A legit, 5 star kit!?

Great video and review. That’s a good looking blade and a really nice sheath. Nothing turns me away from a good knife faster than a crap sheath. I look at it being more of a system than just a knife so I expect a good sheath. My feeling is when you’re buying a expensive knife the manufacturer should be proud enough to include a high quality sheath. Hogue has fit the bill with this one. Thanks for sharing.
Jack G. I agee on an expensive knife, i can be more accepting of a sheath on an cheap knife :-)
ThePreppersBunkerOutdoors I agree 100% but even Moras have a decent sheath.
Love the f01, gonna get a custom sheath for it soon. The puppy is so amazing beautiful
Great video! Dutch Bushcraft knives did a destruction test on the tops bob in 154cm and it did great. It is a different knife but it sure shows what that steel can take.
Smprepper # i didnt know that, cool!
Great review, brother! I bought their EX-01 folding knife (G-mascus handles, 3.5" blade) a couple of years ago. I've since bought other knives after that one, but I still end up carrying the EX-01 most of the times. I just love it. I want to get the EX-F02 with the G-10 handles also.
Seems like a sweet blade to me nice job Jacob.
cyclist01222 thanks! Yeah, its legit! Destroying it will be sad... but interesting!
I've had m6 eye on this blade 4 a while, THX for the review. Grind angle and edge thickness are important in any edged tool buy, nothing worse than having to reprofile a knife after gettin it, especially with all the supersteels we all like. Maybe include grind/edge shots or measurements in your reviews... just an idea, not many gear reviewers do. : )
Good review on a good blade, Jacob, thanks. BTW, I might have missed it, but did you put the initial review link on your screen for those that didn't see it?
I usually add them later, I need to get better with cards. I didn't actually know up until now that you could add them in the upload process, I thought that I had to go back and edit the video, which is what I have been doing. Thanks for the heads up!
Nice blade indeed
Sweet blade: sweeter sheath. I wish all knife companies had that paradigm in mind. Some of my favorite production knives have terrible sheath options and I really don't get it, especially with what you pay for it. (I'm looking at YOU, Fallkniven!!!)
Jack G., one of the commenters below, nailed it: no one likes to buy just a knife. You want to buy a SYSTEM.
Thanks for the followup video!!
Say Heah Jacob, Thanx You for sharing it, Wow. I just got a Busse Combat Flak Jack, It reminds me a little of having the S. O. G. Camel Hump's their known for. Anyhow I like it and I have a few knives in that style. Now I have a INFI Steel version.,,. p.,, p
Paul'ie 4X NICE!
I hope you can do a review on the EX-F01.
Me too!
Superb mate thanks . Bought and subscribed . From UK
Say Heah Jacob, definitely a nice knife, Infact I almost got it after seeing this video at first when I was in the market for a companion for my Fox Jungle Parang. Yup a very similar knife to tge Fox Parang Bushcraft Jungle Knife, but with a few Suttle differences, like the whole spine has jimping and its more clipped. Oh, and it's black, but similar. But then I read Ethan Becker write on a Forum how good of a design the Cold Steel Master Hunter was, So I got it instead in 3V. Infact I have (2) by error when someone sent me two knives, I was honest and paid a good price for tge second one. Well not that big of a discount, but a fair price. Anyhow, Yeah, My 3V Master Hunter is a good Bushcraft Knife, Oh, I deal with OpticsPlanet too. Dilly, Dilly.,,.p
I wonder how the longer one is the fx 501.
Keep Out i want an F01 bad!
ThePreppersBunkerOutdoors i thought u said 6" is something u avoid? Granted this one is 5.5"
I've got a knack for breaking things, just sayin . ;)
Bushcraft To Survive you sure do bud! I havent broken anything yet that comes to mind, but this will be a first!
