@@El.Stumpy I have a mini zebu bull and a mini zebu lowline cross cow my bull was still pretty young when we got him so his horns were still really small and not to intimidating.
With turkeys, like with peacocks and other birds, the male of that bird is the super showy/ flashing/ handsome looking one. Where the female of that bird is less "attractive" I'm looking at getting zebu. Reasons: You could have all the same purpose of a zebu as any other breed of cattle (milk, meat, breading etc) But bcz they're smaller, it would mean the feed bill is smaller, and the animal would be easier to handle/ manage compared to a cow that's many times larger.
There is multiple Facebook groups dedicated to minizebus. They are very helpful too. Wish you the best on your journey! And keep us updated through the comments 👍🏽
Nice 2 ur Zebu. Looks healthy also. I have 3. Would you please tel where did u buy the halter? Tried in TSC no luck. Thank you and good luck with ur farm. Also let me how earn extra money from the farm.
It always depends on how much grows in your area. But here in oklahoma with decent greenery and mild short winters I have had luck with rotating 2 zebus and a lowline aberdeen (bigger than a Zebu but still on the miniature side) between 3 one acre pastures. Every Saturday move em to next pasture to give the first 2 pastures a couple weeks of regeneration. 1/2 acre per head on GOOD lush growing pasture seems to be accurate. I'd plan for 1-2 acre per head to be safe til you see how your land reacts.
I like how you don’t have a lot of acreage but work with it! (Rocky Franklin)
If you can find a treat the zebus like hand feed them it, it tames them down kinda fast. Love this vid 🐃
@@El.Stumpy yeah that would good. it took my bull like 4 weeks to tame now I can touch and pet him and he enjoys it.

Awesome video keep up the amazing work.
Keep halter on him all the time and I have left halter and lead on them at all time and sit for long periods of time with them when you feed them.
Can you make a vid on your gamefowl? I like the vids!
What is the purpose of having zebu cattle? Will you be milking them?
First video for me, btw. New to your channel. :)

How much land does a zebu need to graze without supplemental feed (not during winter)?

@@El.Stumpy ok
How much does it cost to feed every 3 weeks? Your mini zebu heard
between the bull and the 2 cows they would eat about a roll of hay a month. But thats in the winter. In the summer I let them free graze
@@El.Stumpy awsome! Thanks for getting back to me
