It's called dry humor. It's legit a thing, low-key delivery. Granted, I don't think Wolf has quite the mastery of comedic timing to really make a fantastic comedian or anything, but it's not like dry delivery does humor any particular disservice. Edit: Check out the movie "Airplane!" Nearly all the humor in that is delivered dry (aka deadpan).
Anderson's giggle immediately reminds me of his sweet mother. I remember Gloria and Anderson giggling together when she was in hospital where she passed. You are awsm in every aspect of your life Anderson and we know your mom was so proud of you. Happy Birthday buddy.

Then years and years of hard work and competition within the company; and then finally you may become 1 of the fewest top new anchors in the world. It is a long road. And only the ones, who chose to work for their future harder than everyone else, gets to have. Late college nights, when everyone else is partying, they decided to work. After work, when colleges decided to take it easy, they decided to study and work for success of tomorrow. After many many sacrifices and hard decisions, they get paid 7 figure salaries. You don't have to agree with their opinions or personal views; but have to respect the work they put in, to get to where they are now today.
Anderson's mom is part of the Vanderbilt family. So he got a head start over most of us. He also had connections with CIA, but he did do good work on reporting. However he had advantages that us plebs don't have and hard work not good by to cut it either
