i assumed those recharge suit that you got from pavillion is debuted as LUCKY BAG in MN, lucky bag is basically gacha but with real money, maybe that is why they returned as gacha drops in pavillion it's still costly tho if you gacha from pavillion, if you want to finish them as fast as lightning lol
