Been pulling my heair out trying to get my gamecube games working again (after having my wii sit for about 10 years or more and my hard drives with my games crashing on me) Thank you so much! This worked perfectly!

Hello! Just so everyone is aware you DO NOT put your iso files into their own folder. Just place the game.iso file into the games folder as is. Not sure if this is outdated or just incorrect information but Nintendon't won't recognize the game if you put it in its own folder like the video says to do. Otherwise, great video!

Hi, Blaine! Thank you as always for your wonderful tutorials. I’m using USB Loader GX and Nintendont on my Wii U (Virtual Wii). My one question that no tutorial on RUclips seems to address is when you’re in-game, specifically GameCube games, is there a way to go back to the Nintendont Menu? Is there a Nintendont setting that needs to be set/enabled to allow this? Seems rather unintuitive to have a digital library of games “at the click of a button” if you have to manually reset the console every time you want to switch games. Neither the Wii U game pad nor the Wii Remote will do anything when a GameCube game is playing. And of course GameCube controllers don’t have any sort of a “home” button like we’re spoiled with on modern consoles. Any help would be appreciated!

Is it possible to have the gamecube games as channels on the wii home menu? Just wondering if there's a shortcut without having to go into nintendont itself to boot up the game
I’m not 100% sure, but I think you’ll have to boot into Nintendont each time since that’s what you’re running your game ISOs through. I always recommend looking into and downloading Priiloader which can auto boot your Wii into Nintendont when you power her on. Negates the need for your Wii mote and sensor bar too.
If you still need help, I never tried that with the wii menu. But USB Loader GX has a wii menu theme. So my Wii games and GameCube games look like channels
hi, thank you for taking the time to make this. I have a question though, do i create the apps folder from the sd card on the front of the wii u or on the usb in the back of it where i store my games?
This is only for wii not wii u if you download it on wii u, your wii u could have some issues. But if you have a wii, you can download the Nintendont files from the description or use GitHub to download Nintendont. You have to make sure you are using an SD card or a USB. You download Nintendont files, after that make sure you have roms after you download Nintendont. Make sure you put game.iso on the name of the rom you put.
