Voice Recognition Function using the MIT App Inventor | LED Voice Control | Voice Instructions???

In this video, we have made a Voice recognition circuit using the MIT App Inventor, which performs an action on our voice command. In the Circuit, we have used an Arduino functioned LED, which turns on and off according to the voice command.
The System designed in this video, How to make an application using the MIT app inventor for the voice command function. We have used a Bluetooth module HC05 to connect the designed application and the hardware (circuit) of the system.
The voice command system is extremely useful for those who are interested in robotics because the robots are required to respond using the voice recognition system.
Components Required:
To build a circuit, the required components are Arduino UNO, HC05 Bluetooth module, led, 200 Ω Resistor, and a breadboard.

I wonder how you can connect to hc05 while your bluetooth is off, take a look at the icon bar of your cp. The bluetooth icon is missing.

It doesn't make sence for me to press a button and than speak a command. I can simply press a button and light up LED directly with it.
Is there any procedure to let the voice recognition run all the time executing commands and waiting for button to be pressed to cancel that?
