Does it work with someone else's voice? And how many different LEDs can I turn on and off? I have nearly 30 LEDs. Can I turn on and off 30 LEDs as LED1 on and off, LED2 on and off?
Yes it will work with any other voices. No you cant use 30 LEDs.

Help, mine doesn't work. It recognizes the commands but when I try to print the CMDID, it shows only 0. Any idea why?
Please try the example from the official site. And check the baud rate.

I think no . The module comes with that inbuilt
