No, he's pretty good. He's a weaker De Jong in terms of passing range and retention. He's only suffered this season by not meeting his usual defensive stats. He typically plays as the No. 6 for Uruguay while Valverde and Vecino/ Nandez play ahead of him. If he plays next to Hojberg, I think he will help Spurs with their creativity and speed of play.
