Great video. I know a lot of golfers including myself struggle with keeping the wrists loose in their swing so it's nice to know that there's some good training aids out there to help with that.
David, big fan of the channel. Can you give some insight why the Garmin seems to show your flight path to the right while the club path indicates a draw? I haven’t pulled the trigger on purchasing the Garmin but leaning that way. Is the Garmin naturally “Right Biased”? Butch McGahee Evergreen, CO. USA
@@davidmaxfieldgolf I hope that's the only problem I have if I aim for a point 5-10cm after the ball I have better ball contacts but it doesn't feel right I want to be able to do it so that I'm looking at the ball and still getting a good shot . I just hit too early and unfortunately I spoon the balls.
Definitely don't want to lose spin, so I was happy to see the spin rate go back up once you removed the Precision Impact device. This type of training aid, if it actually provides real lasting results, might actually be something I would benefit from.
Depend I guess. When you gain an extra half a club in distance there will be a bit of a change in spin but like you said it was great to see it back up 😊
@@davidmaxfieldgolf Maybe I'm misremembering, but I thought you want something like 1000x iron number for spin. So, generally, you'd want 8000ish spin for an 8 iron. I know that's highly dependant on the strength of loft on clubs though. Mainly, I mentioned it, because lower irons are typically approach irons, so you want spin to hold greens.
@@MrMalditor it definitely used to be that way with blades but beachside of the launch of the new irons the decent angle and extra distance is offsetting that. I don’t think anyone really wants an 8 iron over 7,000 spin anymore. Too much distance loss
You should use this with the hack motion see how much it helps you Session with out it and with it and hack motion should tell you how much it helping your lift wrist
Basically yes, but for people like me who tend to not have much shaft lean at all or those who flip at the bottom then there’s definitely a lot of distance gains we are missing out on 😊

I love these reviews of training aids that I see advertised on websites and seeing a real review by a real person. Great content David
Thank you mate, great product 😊

And finally one that concentrates on the right wrist 😊
Have been tempted to try this, but haven’t yet. Glad your doing a review on it. 👍
It’s definitely good having something that concentrates on the right wrist 😊

Probably had an open clubface 😊
Have you hit driver with it?
No I haven’t but it would be worth a try
I now also have these gloves, it's enough to train with them for weeks and the problem that I don't have my hands in front of the ball is solved?
Well every bit of practise will help 😁

@@MrMalditor that’s awesome mate, thank you. You will enjoy it. Really helps 😊
What was the increase in carry compared to your normal 8 iron swing ?
Hard to tell, there was an increase though 😁
Dave, what do you base your golf swing on, I like the fact you doing over swing?
Looks stack & tilt esqe...
I’ve previously used the RSS method and really like that so I think there’s definitely still quite a bit of that in there 😊
@@davidmaxfieldgolf any info online? All the info I've tried to find on RSS they want to teach you in person and it's seems it's mainly aus based

Potentially. 😊👍🏼
Seems like your basically de-lofting the club face, so an 8 becomes a 7.5 iron??? interesting..will give it a go.

If u dont rotate hard, u will hit it right.
Correct
