I hear there's a "tech" to increase Lynn's Burst damage with the bird mechanic. Apparently if you use a bird skill (like the dash) right before you origin, it prevents the issue of your bird not attacking in most of your burst.
you're making my head on this hahahaha I was planning to push my bucc on dreamer, but now I'm conflicted to push my Lynn, since bucc already do up to easy lucid, maybe Lynn can be a good new addition to the bossing mule gang haha

thank you!! it's an option to show your character's silhouette while bossing, under options -> laboratory -> display silhouettes. in terms of feeling, nw has to keep track of skills aside from the main attack more (landing shadow bite/paying attention to gds), but spamming back step and dark sight is fun!
The only risk of playing Lynn is that it is a non-kms class, but the reality is that it feels very good. I will soon hyper burn it while I am improving my main which is dw, yes it is easy class but when one returns to maple after 12 years away it is advisable to make things easier hahahaha
id look at characters that get high value from level 1 origin and mastery, such as hero, shad, maybe mm? (sorry i don't know good explorer origins besides fp/hero/shad)
id think it would be at least 1 one of the 2 toggles, either of which would be a very good boost in damage. it would depend on the numbers but it could be anywhere between 7% to 19% FD if both toggles are on the next mastery!
Night walker is stronger for sure but Lynn is still way more chill so it's up to if you'd rather feel more comfortable or do a bit more damage. You'll mostly feel the difference if you do nslime and onwards/longer boss runs, otherwise I'd rather play Lynn if low funding because NW is pretty sad without maxed shadow spears and GDS.

my khali also does hlotus in 4 minutes but it has a ror4! ~68m combat power with a cd hat. i think it's that fast because khali's origin is very good, doing about 30% of hlotus p3 by itself. my NL in the video only has a ror2, also i don't think NL is a super good 6th job mule since its origin is lacking in damage
the off burst is not great but ark's damage rotation is basically 60s of specter and 60s off burst every 2 mins, and their first mastery from 6th job gave at least 15% final damage to specter form!
if you're going to do any sort of party bossing at all, even if it's party luwill or ctene id say it's a very good submain! good solo bossing + tp'ing party members is fun ☺
i think its defensive support is really good, but id doubt nexon would nerf it considering how bt -> lynn was a downgrade in terms of endgame party dmg 😥
By about 200-300 frags or so since I don't have enough sol erda energy on it, but it doesn't excuse the damage because I'd estimate at least 15% fd gain in real bosses from a Cont4. My Ark went from 4:30 hlotus and 3 whole burst hdam to 3:10 hlotus and 2 whole burst hdam going from a 21* kanna to Cont4. Perma ror4 on Lynn is hilariously bad but I think the reason why clear times are fast is because the class genuinely has good uptime and dpm (at the cost of 6th job Lynn having worse burst than 5th job BT lol)
copying from another reply i made but id estimate this for a ~15 min hlotus: there are a lot of factors including star force, maxed boost nodes vs maxed all skill nodes, arcane wep, damage up time, 6th job, and access to wh buff but in general probably something like - 35k with maxed boost nodes, low skill nodes, mostly 18-19* items, abso wep, no 6th job, needs practice on uptime - or 30k with all maxed nodes, lots of star force, decent uptime - or 25k on a top tier class with all maxed nodes, 7+ 21* items, good uptime

if you aren't maxing out weekly boss crystals then id go with the Lynn! but if you're already maxing out on them id pick what's more fun to you

Would you recommend burning night walker or Lynn in the future? I only have 3 bossing mule. I’m on regular server btw

I think she's too strong to be just a Support class. really good offensive and good defensive and good mobility. I think Nexon might need to nerf her.
