Great review as always. In regards to the slide not locking back on the 13 round magazine, could be a couple possibilities. First thing an out of specification follower. Could be the magazine spring not being strong enough (probably use the same spring length for all 3 mags). Last one is you may be holding the slide stop down with your grip. With the extension onnthe magazine you may grip up higher and inadvertently hold the slide stop down with one of your thumbs. Good review and nice shooting.
YOKI, try the inexpensive BERSA TPR9 or TPR9C for compact. She is inexpensive, but she all metal and sports a hammer strike, and she comes with accessory rails.
On the 13 round mag, it causes me to ride the slide release/ lock. It may be what your experiencing. Review and see if that is what is happening. It's a great firearm! Go Yoki!!!
My 13 round mag only locks the slide back when I use 124gr ammo. Fmj or hollow points. Rarely will it lock back using 115gr ammo. This pistol would be perfect if it didnt have the wonky rear sight. I had to tighten mine all the way down to get shots on target, which to be fair its pretty accurate. The back end if mine wiggles around and the parts are constantly sold out 🤦♂️
Owned by Beretta quality. Cant get a A300 patrol 12ga? Go find a M3000 defense. They are not just letting anything fly out of that factory. All good stuff. Price point to quality is A-OK!

It's the mag spring Yok on the 13rd magazine. If the spring tension is too tight it will not fit all 13rds in the magazine.

Magazine with the slide lock needs to be changed. Try a different 13 round magazine, those Stoegers are meant for 124 grain. She's Clear!!
