Very beautiful. I think you made me realise an issue with my paintings: I can't bring myself to "erase" something I did, even if I'm not happy with it or with the composition. But that's not how I will improve! Seeing you paint on top of your beautiful plants helped me see that. Thank you!
Ah Sophie, I cannot tell you how many times I didn’t progress with a painting for fear of ruining it! Now I try to go with my gut and fearlessly edit! Mostly 😉💕

The facts that's you have no dislikes shouldn't be shocking seeing your helpful way of describing and just such a nice attitude but wow it's still is It's so nice to feel sincerely in a nice drawing place that doesn't involve some sort or drama

@@Pearfection sure! The background started off with a loose watercolor wash just to get some color on the page, and this then inspired the rest of the scene with gouache! This is my favorite way to work when I'm not sure what to paint ☺
