Happened to me once. Was doing some gigs in Miami (I live in NYC) and the bandleader and I were the designated drivers for getting the band to the various gigs. Jose the bandleader is from Miami so he knew where the venues were. This was before the days of GPS/cell phones so we caravaned. On the way to the gig Jose kept running yellow lights!!! I ran a couple red lights to keep behind him as he was driving too fast and the third time I didn't.....I couldn't handle the way he was driving!!! It was crazy and dangerous. I stopped at that light.....he did not wait for me!!! By the time the light turned green I could not see him anymore. I tried to hurry to catch up but by the next light I still could not see him. I was sooooo annoyed.....I pulled over and contemplated driving back to the hotel, but thought better of it and waited for him to come back to get me. After like 10 minutes back came Jose!!! Luckily he was very apologetic and drove better from then on......
I love Judge Caprio..I think this man should get a nomination to The US Supreme Court. A fair judge..with a great sense of humor. I would trust him to judge the most important cases in the USA.

While it might not seem like a big deal it is. All it takes is one bad move on the rode. Otherwise, it’ll cost much more if you argue and go to court. I beleive the judge is very bad.. He doesn’t discourage bad and dangerous behavior. Moreover I don’t beleive those women who go to court so lightly knowing they made one severe infraction and deserve a harsh punishment.

This is exactly how a judge should behave .. I was in court because my 5 month old daughter was abused by her step father and the state took custody .. And I was treated like the offender .. My daughter is still in state custody and I can't afford an attorney to get her back . Even though I have a stable place for her to live and the means to provide for her .. This is how a judge should act .. Not the way they did in clay county Texas ..

I was driving a hotel van and my boss was following in our other van. I went through a yellow because I felt she might not stop in time if I stopped. She laughed about it after, she understood my thinking. No harm was done. We did talk about avoiding that situation in the future.

only goes to court if you don‘t pay. fines are tripled till it reaches court stage. its also said in many of the videos here.

According to the law, a yellow light means stop, if possible to do so with reasonable safety. The guilty party was not in court.
