Building a $100k/mo Online Business From Scratch

- Step-by-step playbook for exactly what I'd do to build a $100k/mo marketing agency/smma/b2b business with just $500 of starting capital.
If you don't know who I am, we have a high 7 figure consulting & recruitment agency with 31 team members. We've worked with over 600 clients and actively have over 350.
If you're an agency owner or b2b business that wants help scaling to $10k-$50k/mo, go here: clientascension.com/?sl=yto
If you're a beginner, join Internet Money Group to learn how to make your first $1,000 online: internetmoneygroup.com

Enrichment tool mentioned: KleanLeads.com
Get thousands of verified emails to outreach (you only pay for deliverable leads with a real email): listkit.io
Best tool for sending cold emails (this is an affiliate link and I'll make money if you click it): smartlead.ai/?via=43ab79
If you want to build a successful online business, the first step in the process is developing a skill. In the particular case, we're going to use Google Ads as an example skill.
You will be selling Google Ads as a service to Ecommerce & SaaS businesses.
So your first step is to watch 30-80 hours of free tutorial youtube content to answer every single conceivable question you could ever have. Once you know how to do everything, you're going to make your own tutorial videos on youtube. You are not claiming you're an expert, you're just showing other people how to do it. In all of these videos you will be plugging a call to action that points people towards your website.
You will build this website on Carrd. You will also make a long explainer video on this website showing exactly what you do for potential prospects. Embed a calendly link on this page to get calls scheduled.
They way you will get clients is via a Dream 100 strategy (I believe this was coined by Russell Brunson). You will be manually outreaching to prospects who are already running ads on Instagram or Facebook.
You will be offering your prospecting 100% performance based Google ads. This is because you don't have case studies and until you have those, it's risky to work with you.
It will take you roughly 3 months to do. You should get 2-3 clients within this time frame.
As you're getting your clients results, you will be creating more RUclips videos about how you're getting results for these clients.
After you have case studies, you will be executing mass cold email by getting your leads from kleanleads.com / listkit.io and sending those emails with smartlead.ai/?via=43ab79 (affiliate link)
After this, you're launching your own ads. You are doing retargeting ads targeting everybody who has ever watch your youtube videos or been to your website, ever.
At this point, you should have around 8 clients. Once you hit this level, you will be making an entry level info product. You are going to absolutely turbo ram this with RUclips ads.
You're going to run an email list. Use ConvertKit for the email list.
Then you're going to make a Skool group. This is Sam Ovens' software. This is an affiliate link for Skool: www.skool.com/refer?ref=49866...
At these levels, you need to be hiring people. You need to actually train these people. Nobody who is actually good charges $4/hr. So you have to treat these people as if they're a consulting client to make them good.

Google ads is demand generation offer right?
this vid legit gold 👑
I legit rewatched this 2x and took notes on the whole thing - this is FIRE
Appreciate you bro 🤝
daniel does NOT miss. fire video
Appreciate you bro!
Loved it As always. Thanks for this.
Thanks bro 🤝
I heard "raw dawg" and "dream 100" ... im sold already
I don't think people understand how much authority you guys have and how valuable this information is, I just switched my offer in which I have very little results but all in all I have experience, I'm going to implement EVERYTHING said here, thank you my man and i'll see you on Twitter.
Good stuff bro LFG
I just got a google ad from fazio watching this video, fucking genius lmao i lovr you man
This video is amazing. This is literally dumbed down so much to the point a teenager can do this. If you’re not convinced at this point an agency is one of the easiest ways to build a business, completely self-made, then you’re just a wantrepreneur and don’t want to make money bad enough.
Thanks bro!
Great vid, end tho about negative comments felt like a counseling session 🤣
People being unwilling to listen to those ahead of them is what will always keep them behind

Thank you, Daniel, for providing precisely what I needed at the perfect moment. Now, it's time for me to focus all my efforts on taking action and making progress towards joining client ascension within the next six months.
Good luck bro!!
update?
Update on this
Alright doing this. Website built, 10 mails accounts warmed up right now, plus I have background in Google Ads. Will keep you guys updated
@@bodeemanar1617 Literally just launched my email campaign this morning, 5 steps sequence, cold automated loom with meme follow-ups, 1k ecom leads. Will keep you guys updated.
@@bodeemanar1617 looks like my answer got deleted, so posting again; launched my cold email campaign this morning. Already booked a meeting for thursday. Reaching out to +850 ecom leads. Will keep you guys updated.
@@bodeemanar1617 reposting again since last comment got deleted, launched my cold email campaign this morning, 850 ecom leads atm, will keep you guys updated
Am also in the same boat. Starting a google ads agency. If you don’t mind sharing, how did it go for you? Did you get clients through cold email?
@@surendrachoudhary9374 Yes cold email, started with 10 accounts and 300 mails a day - 5 follow up (using meme)
Thank you for the content daniel, part of this content was relevant to me, i've been following you guys for months you've been a big influence of where you've got my agency to today ! Got my discovery call booked for you guys next week, Im ready to rock! One question I wanted to ask, when does it make sense to start creating infoproducts based off what you do? When you have the results to back it up? I've thought about one and made multiple but never put a price on it, what's your thoughts on that?
Yup when you've got enough results to show for it! Selling info requires high level of authority
I am gonna follow this method. Thanks a lot for this.
Did you follow through?
Hi Daniel, amazing video! I learned so much. I was wondering, if we replaced the self-education (assuming i had zero skill level to begin) of a done-for-you email newsletter for either ecomm brands or saas companies or high end health spas, do you think that would work? How would you go about learning how to create and send e-newsletters for businesses instead of google ads?
Done with you bagel lol - that aside, appreciate the content as ever gentlemen. Pete
Bro I was crying 😭
Great video guys. Daniel you touched on a few things we talked about yesterday. I have more energy from just watching this too. If you are not in Client Ascension you are missing out. It's not just for young bucks either - I am probably the oldest guy in there but I love being a part of it so much and have learned a ton already after just a few months.
My brotha 🤝🤝 appreciate you
As well as watching yt vids to learn in the beginning, what books would you recommend to read?
This video is GOLDEN
Man you really earned my respect in this video. This is literally blueprint. What I would recommend if for instance someone is not confident in service delivery is to work for a few months for a freelancer. Its better than working for an agency because you get to see all the processes and his entire workflow. I was fortuned to work for a google ads guy with 10 years of experience and it saved me a lot of time figuring out things and overall problem solving.
Appreciate the comment bro! Personally I think the best size of company to work for would be one at around the $150k-$200k/mo mark as I've historically found that to be a bit of a turning point. You're either gonna stay stuck at that level or you're gonna break past to $400k-$500k/mo
Very informative video. I do have a question though. For someone with a low budget of $500 like said in the video, why learn to do google/youtube ads first instead of something like email marketing or lead generation, as I would assume the startup costs would be more for something like a google ads agency?
Is this a podcast? ❤🎉
This was amazing content to consume.
Dan is speaking like he has double more balls than anyone in this comments section LoL
12:40 - I’m going to plug this same strategy into this new W2 gig vs the agency play. Will report back

Do you still keep the same offer of performance based after having case studies ? What makes more sense ? 10% gross revenue or 25% of ad spend ? Thanks man
Is this better to do then a video editing agency? I've been editing for a while and worked with high value clients and already gathered social proof assets.
I watched one of your other video about different services. As a beginner, would you offer a productized service and then follow this blueprint? Like a Zapier or Airtable agency? Or would you offer a marketing service like paid ads?
Really comes down to what you enjoy doing, I just like the concept of non-operational things and instead being closer to the revenue production. I'm a marketing/sales guy inherently, but if you're an ops/systems guy inherently, would recommend leaning into that. You need to expose yourself to tons of different material though and know how to do lots of things to even figure out what you are in the first place
Great way to put together such powerful content. Loved everything so far. But I do not agree when you say just put the videos on youtube with some SEO done and you will get calls for sure. I don't think thats right! But im gonna take this as a challenge and try it out and let you know if it works or not.
skill issue
I’ve seen all the guru videos, I’ve been on the sales calls. This guy ACTUALLY knows what he’s talking about and if you’ve ever worked for an agency you can tell from this video
Really appreciate the comment bro 🤝 I'm gonna keep delivering the best I can
Hey daniel, what if our service is productized and not performative then how can we make sales assets to use in cold email e.g if someone is a landing page designer
Daniel the real G!!
my guy 🤝
@@danielfazio I hope you guys do a video like this for a short form content agency 😊
00:53 💀 💀 💀 I haven’t even got $500 💀 💀
I need 2 stop spending money as if I have money 💀
1 year of monk mode HERE WEE GOOO
What are you thoughts about the automations and chatbots?
For courses and membership kinda businesses, doesn't that make sense?
if you can make them money or save them time with the chatbot, one who is using so much time on customer support would rather be a large org and they already got many solutions by now + it is not a high ticket thing. If you can find a way to measure the performance, X hours saved, then you can only make real money, else nah
I wish they do a video about like this for a short form content agency
The same exact principles apply
@@danielfazio right okay...thankyou I will get on with the exact plan you mentioned in the video...thankyou
Great video Daniel, I have an info product I sell low ticket £3K product. "How to start on Airbnb in the UK, using a property you don't own". My question is, you mentioned cold emailing, where you buy leads. Will that strategy work when you cold email 5,000 people and bring them to RUclips --> to build trust ---> Then to my Skool Community ---> Sell the product there..?
No this is B2C, you need to do content marketing and ads
@@danielfazio I am doubling down on youtube :)
You will literally not be poor if you follow this. Wish I had this sauce when I started.
My guy 🤝🤝
8:20 - On this performance offer, the company is still paying for ad spend yes? So you're still having to convince them to learn on their dime?
Yes
For a service based local business like solar for example, I'd you're running ads for them and they close and quote your leads on the phone, are you relying on their honesty for how much you made them to be paid the 10% or is there a way to find this out?
Yeah, additionally ask them for view only access to CRM. This could be done additionally on the guise that you can set up the conversions API for them (which is something you should learn how to do)
@@danielfazio ah okay so simple, yeah I know how to do that, perfect appreciate you bro
Daniel, can this blueprint be replicated to create a copywriting or web design agency?
100%
I wonder if this can be done with SEO services? But then you may have to wait 6 months for the results...
You’ll be alive 6 months later anyway
Can I offer automated cold email system as a service to b2b? or I'll start from scratch and learn google ads? What do you recommend ?
Whatever you choose as a service is up to you
What do you think about offering seo instead of paid ads ?
The same blueprint would apply 🤝
Who is your guest, dose he have a RUclips channel? I am really interested in his business . Thank you
here's his Twitter: twitter.com/NicholasVerge
How can implement this with Tik tok videos I have a small following that I think I can convert soon
You said initially that we should send personalized loom videos, but what about case studies and testimonials? They will ask for case studies; then, what should I do in that case? If I do not have any money initially, then how can I even give them a money-back guarantee?
google ads sounds like a sick agency offer ngl -- i should try it out
Lmao my guy 🤝🤝
Why is nobody talking about niches.
i have zero dollar, only one old laptop and my phone
You need to get a job and save money bro
Why did you pick google ads out of the other services rn?
Not a lot of people offer it
Feels illegal to know
Would this apply to SEO blogging? Results typically pour in after 6-12 months. What do you suggest to get cash flow in the mean time if it's purely performance based?
