This is very fitting for José Andrés, as the designed the entire menu for Hannibal. Janice Poon did the soul-amazing-eye-popping visuals (thanks forever, Janice, never did a table and plating look so gorgeous, before), but he created the recipes.

It's the dressings that give the flavor. Also, don't spill beet juice on a white shirt and expect to be able to hail a cab home afterwards.
I wouldn't dare eat that food, but he's entertaining to watch. I'm just glad we didn't see any eggplants, the way he was talking about vegetables made it sound like they excite him greatly.

Ok so it's not loading I need to update
Conan is genuinely hilarious. Not to knock other talk shows hosts, but they don't hold a candle to Conan - and they shouldn't because his skin is too sensitive to be near an open flame. Jimmy Fallon for example is not that funny. He stutters, stammers, and doesn't have good comedic timing or inflection in his voice and animation in his face for when he's delivering punchlines and such. The only talk show host less funny than Fallon is Carson Daly, who only makes me laugh because he makes me think of what it must be like when David Blaine tries to tell jokes.
