offcourse tamilnadu all the temple are alloweded foreigners but you need to follow rules properly inside the temple its common rules for all of us dont worry
Surprisingly in three weeks in big cities in India , we saw one fender bender. You did not think about a health system , polio or other deceases and enormous number of people? Funny walks are a result of hip or knee problems . That is typical in older age in your country too.
