How sweet are the kids playing along the river banks, how kind and natural the people are, how much beautiful colors and paintings everywhere around ! No arogance, no ego, everything is so friendly, lovely, beautiful ! I think you even dont need to die and burn at Manikarnika to be free. Only.takeing a walk along the holy Ganga is enough to feel the freedom itself. I love you, dear India. Many thanks to the author of this video ❤.Greetings from Romania.
I've just returned from Varanasi. Spent New Years there. The Aarthi performed by the priests was out of this world. Couldn't believe the crowd that flock here just to worship River Ganga.
My jaw dropped when I saw he actually drank that water. I thought he was going to wash something from the boat floor or water some flowers etc, but he actually drank it. I don't think he'll live for long.
Pure, natural people. Life is boiling! But we are waiting for amazig tales from "progress"... I'm sorry for my bad English, I'm Russian and very drunken... This is national tradition (against too hard life😱).
🔴 Hello ! I don't want to offend anyone - I'm just saying my personal opinion. As an Indianophile (or Indianist) since the 1970s, so for me, India is the most beautiful country in the world - even another world... a world that I love 🧡. Thank you for understanding and I wish you all the best, with much health and happiness, in quiet and peace ❗ Sincerely, Dinu, 63, from Romania. Namaste ~ 🙏🏼
this filmed recently after Covid?recall what was the temperature that day? dogs sleeping on sidewalks, washing little puppies, cow wandering & being fed salad leaves 💛
India changes in every 100 km ..The language landscape traditions food ..it’s a world in itself..You would find everything here from sea to desert, from Himalayas to backwaters , beaches like Maldives( Lakshadweep ,Andaman island), tea plantation, forests reserve areas and much more. It’s true it gets to hectic for some people from abroad sometimes.Hope you come to India again.
This is a perfect example of the height of civilisation Not in dead things that need electricity But in Human Behaviour , I would date this place at around 250,000 yrs old , Due to the level of civilisation I see here
Seems to be a city built haphazardly, a lot of dirty concrete I see. wash the streets into the river, then respect the water more with better hygiene practices. India seems the most relaxed and happy, but very unclear about cleanliness.

You must be joking. Communal conflict and violence in India is just about the worst in the world.

What is everyone drinking at 42:15? Seems to be free
It’s flavoured hot milk and yes it was free.
I loved Pushkar but Varanasi was way too stressful. I took a train to Nepal after the first day as I wan ted to escape the madness.

They would have cleaned up the garbage in their Varanasi
What’s the leaf thing that he made?
That’s paan …natural mouth refresher..that leaf has its own health benefits too..very delicious
What never makes sense is how you can worship the river and at the same time dump raw sewage and toxic industrial waste into it, then swim in it.
👍👌
19:53 🔥🔥
I like thats city but cleaning is important
Thanks for your valuable advice.
