If 200 units electricity, free water and freebies can be given then why not the ration..
To do that the ration cards should be issued by central govt..even though they do that and give 10 kg of rice of rice the states like tamilnadu in which they were already giving 30 kg of rice and other ration freebies will get affected..and whole nation dont have same food north people need more wheat south need more rice..so it was state govt duty to that and central govt can give some more money to process scheme ..its not good idea to give same ration to whole nation...
