Awesome comment! I didn't experience any cpu utilization spike while testing. Also when you say "share a video" you mean play a local video into EVMUX? This comment slipped me... Thanks for your support. Unfortunately I don't know the answer to that. I need to compare the different versions and make a list of what you get when you upgrade
It seems since your recording they lowered the 5 destinations to 2, with the free plan. Which is still awesome 🤩 ….I only live stream to Facebook and RUclips anyways. One feature I don’t see is the ability to bring in a RTMP source for another platform. For example: I use Zoom to connect to our BlogTalkRadio switchboard via Zoom’s phone lines, and simulcast to Facebook, with our hosts’ video & audio via Zoom, and the BlogTalk audio through the Zoom. Works great 👍 but I’d like to be able to stream to Facebook and RUclips at the same time, AND have the additional functionality of an additional platform like Evmux.
Yes they've made some changes to the free plan which I knew was possible because... It's free. That blogtalkradio piece is very nice, thanks for sharing that workflow with us. As far as RTMP with the free plan it's not there. I have it on the pro plan and use it for Vimeo and Amazon Live so it's fully functional just didn't know it's not available on the free plan. I'll need to get a free account to make a list of the differences because they seem to be a lot.

I really like the software but cannot figure out how to reuse Pro Scenes in another video. Do I really have to start over every single broadcast? I'm on the basic paid plan.
Thanks for your comment and support of the channel. EVMUX has Sessions which should be named in a way that allows you to reuse it multiple times. I reuse my pro scenes in the individual session over and over just edit the destination, title, and description and go live again. I think there's a way to copy it duplicate your Pro scenes between Sessions but I'll have to ask @evmux how to do that.

So, I'm wondering if evmux can provide video editing as well as being a streaming platform (two birds with one stone) If this makes sense? Thx for your help & like your channel :)
Sometimes, you may not even need to edit.
That's the beauty of doing sufficient pre-planning and setup for a LIVE streaming event.
@@derekhorsburgh6238 Thanks for your comment and my apologies for the late reply, I didn't get notified. In the strict sense of an editor EVMUX or any streaming platform is Not an editor BUT as Prema shared if you set up your Live Show or Live to Tape strategically you could use it to put it all together. I'd love a chance to hear more of your vision, grab a 15 minute meeting in my calendar here kirkrnugent.live/bookme
Best way in evmux to collect donations etc?
Not sure there's anything built in for this for Evmux or any other platform. My recommendation would be to setup a donation page where people can give and place a QR code on screen so viewers can scan and be taken directly to the donation site. Also would want to put that link in the chat as well
I really like the software but cannot figure out how to reuse Pro Scenes in another video.
Update: Duplicate sessions is coming soon!
@@kirkrnugent wonderful
@@kirkrnugent I’ll give it a go
@@bignorthernbear awesome! Let us know how it goes.
Is pro scene for the basic plan
Yes you have access to Pro Scenes in the Basic Plan.
how do we get that constant lower third with my name off?
I believe that there is a setting. I will look and let you know
Thanks for your comment but also consider checking with EVMUX directly. There support chat is very quick to respond. Also check out their videos.
Can you please make a tutorial!!!
Hi Michael, thanks for your comment! This was a Product Overview and I have on my Content Calendar to make a tutorial at some point but not for a long while. What exactly would you like to learn? Also have you checked out the EVMUX RUclips channel? They have a lot of tutorials there too.
What about audio quality.
Audio quality is dependent on much more than the streaming platform so it can varry from person to person depending on the equipment used. I've found EVMUX handles audio well but i've worked with a lot of streamers that arent using great audio equipment. Hope that makes sense, are you considering EVMUX or some other streaming platform?
I livestreamed with evmux and couldn't see who was on the FB live, no names just 'user' and I also didn't get the number of people who were watching me live. A real turn-off.
Hi Abby thank you for your comment and support of the channel. I'm not sure if you watched the video to the end but I share similar points of frustration. It's got potential but needs some polish, please let EVMUX know your experience this is the only way it'll get better. Just watched your stream with Streamyard and EVMUX congratulations for trying something new!
Side note - the video quality with EVMUX is WAAAAY better, keep going your doing well.
Streamyard is much easier. This is too complicated. OBS part II
Hey Jorge thanks for your comment. StreamYard is absolutely easier I agree. Can I ask, do you think EVMUX Dynamic Scenes is more complicated than StreamYard? I see that as the same but i'm interested in your perspective.
