That has nothing to do with misogyny! I'm a woman and I couldn't care less if a transwoman wants to be called a woman! Being a woman isn't a curse or a privilege: being a woman and being a man have their own advantages and disadvantages! I think it's way more misogynistic to make women wear make up or high hills in the office just because someone created the idea that women need to put on make up, like if we were less of a woman or if we were dirty or untidy without make up! Why would we need high hills for?! To pretend that our @ss is bigger than it is? To pretend we are toller? Because having a more "jumpy" walk turns men on? Consider that women "need" to look beautiful (like if women couldn't be beautiful without make up, or whatever...), like we were a decorative piece to make heterosexual men's lives more beautiful... that's mysogyny! I get if you, as a transman, you feel outraged because some trans activists who don't have Gender Dysphoria, pretend they have, but don't worry about us, because I believe that every woman on 🌎 has their own problems to worry about than this trans woman wanting to be called a woman!

"What part of your womanhood made you so defensive?"
Maybe the part where, throughout a long portion of history, just being a woman meant you were less than your male counterparts. We were never fully allowed to embrace all the things that made us US. And now, during a time when we have more equality and rights than ever before, we're watching men force their way into our spaces, demanding the same respect for which we've been fighting, crying, and dying for centuries.
Thankyou for coming to my TED talk.

👏👏👏 I'm pretty "trad" as society. I have this exact same statement when I talk to my guy trying to get him to get.....yes, I live and feel fulfill caring for you, the kids, our home but....when I had my hysterectomy in like 2012, the (male) drs still told me "but what if no one will marry you bc you had the surgery"......I was bleeding to death after 4 failed laps. He finally got it bc I took him to an oncology appt (I'm spoonie, not cancer. It was a weird oversight I was sent there) and the doctor turned to HIM to describe if he has a 'gazelle' and proud, do I really need to be allowed to possibly get fat from any treatment or should he just like he had one time I pass.......like, wtf. He started getting it. Nip/Tuck intro ro Kimber solidified.
Hell......I've been told by men in the er that I'm probably pregnant and how women think it's a big stress...the hospital that did my hysterectomy years before dx me as pregnant saying "women can not understand their bodies, you think a surgery years before doesn't let you get pregnant now?".... I had a full hysterectomy. No cervix, no uterus, no tubes....how the fk can I be pregnant? Turns out it was just a major IBD flare and needed meds 🫠
I'm a 1st wave, give us rights but never forget they in 2020s are FINALLY realizing maybe women's healthcare should involve studying women....like heart attacks, contraceptive, labor. I'll make a sandwich with a smile but, if you don't get that I'll pulling the "women are too dumb" card and saying.."idk you couldn't keep fish in the drawer"

THIS, women before us were burned at stake for simply being women, medicine for the female body is still underdeveloped, we had to fight for the rights to vote, own property, study etc. So when I see 'trans women' saying stuff like this it makes my blood boil because the only reason they're viewed as women is because they inject foreign substances into their bodies (which is fine by me, i also do that - with tattoos) while we don't have any choice, we look like women because we are, so for a biological male to say they are the same is very sexist. Plus, I would say it's also transphobic, saying trans women are women implies they are the same but they have different experiences (transphobia for example)

Just a heads up, not a correction, but grammar is weird and you might not know and actually might prefer this use moving forwards. When you put a space between trans and woman or women, you`re saying that trans women are a sub type of women. Like, tall women, Black women, old women.
If you write, transwomen as a complete word, you`re writing that they are separate from women, and their own separate category apart from women.
Not trying to control how you speak or spell, but pointing out something that you might actually find useful. I personally prefer to use transwomen for this reason, I think it`s fine to call people like Marcus here a transman because while he`s female, I think he`s not a man but also separate from a women due to everything he`s done medically and the fact that he is respectful of the people who`s space he`s a guest in.
You can elect to call people like Dylan Mulvaney, Ann Andres etc. who are openly misogynistic what ever you like. My person preference for them is TIM, or Trans Identified Male. Whatever you prefer.
As a side note, I completely agree. The male privilege is even see in interactions between transwomen and transmen. The sheer degree that transwomen interrupt and speak over transmen, non-binary females etc. is literally no different than how the vast majority of males behave towards women and any female of any other gender identity. They also threaten to get physical exactly how males do, so.....

This is just offensive, misogynistic and the irony is biological women never question if nature changes your biological female body and claim that you are now the same as a biological man. i can’t have babies…. am I the same as a biological man now who dress as a woman? My friend who was born with one breast, is she now a trans man equivalent for needing surgery? Biological male is born with a micro p***s or has man boobs… does that make the same as a biological woman?
They don’t know what ‘womanhood is’. Us biological women are nearly all mortified and supportive to our women …. no one is born perfectly. Using biologically women’s medical challenges to prove their biological male agenda blows my mind. I’m not a hater, but this s**t needs to stop.

Cis is not actually a pronoun, but I get your point.
It’s intended to be an adjective (a descriptor of a type of woman ie as biological) but it’s not a true one because obviously biological women are the only possible women because they are not men and there is only two sexes.
Woman is not an umbrella term for cis and trans because transwomen do not belong to the category of women, they are men who want to be women. That chart needed another umbrella called ‘men’ with men and transwomen under it. The woman umbrella should have women and transmen. The umbrella is sex.
These people forget that the word ‘woman’ had been used to describe human females ever since we invented English words. Gender likewise was just a synonym for describing the sexes, up until about half an hour ago. They are changing language and think that makes a difference to reality. The same thought processes that claim language as violence.
I remember what actual ‘gay bashing’ was and it was literal truth. That was horrific violence. Getting someone’s preferred pronoun wrong is not.

Females who experience infertility issues, regardless of the cause, have undergone a sexual pathway of female sexual development; they are simply females with a medical condition. Transgender women cannot give birth because their sexual development is male, and they never had any female reproductive organs from the start. In other words, she is comparing her male sex to that of a female, where pregnancy is specific to the female sex. This means pregnancy would apply to the biological sex category of an infertile female, a category to which transgender women do not belong.

The progressive position used be that gender EXPRESSION was a spectrum. The male sex could express themselves as hyper masculine or feminine and anything in between and still be considered male/men/boys and the female sex could be hyper feminine to tomboys/masculine and still be considered female/women/girls. Now, if someone does not ascribe to the stereotypes of their biological gender/sex they are pushed to identify as the opposite gender, nonbinary, etc? I don't know if people realize how sexist, regressive, and intolerant towards the spectrum of gender expression this new ideology is.

Women are not a category that exists in reference to men (cis women are not non-trans women - that's offensive). There are women, and women impersonators. The word gender was started as a way to talk about roles in society rather than sex, ie, that women don't have to be housewives, and females don't have the same roles and expectations in all cultures, so it's not tied to sex, there's a cultural idea assigned to that sex. The word gender was also used as a synonym for sex (male or female), especially for the prudish or when talking around kids. It may have been around for a while, but it only recently had this use as an "identity".

There's no such thing as "REAL trans".
EVERY single trans-IDing person, from blue-hair, frog-gender xey/xems on Tiktok, to Buck Angel and Blair White, have the EXACT SAME, 100% PERFECTLY IDENTICAL ultimate justification for their "trans" status- Which is just "but it FEELS true, to me". Zero evidence, 100% "just trust me, bro". In EVERY case, zero exceptions.
You can't be honest and consistent, while ACCEPTING "just trust me, bro" in SOME cases... but also REJECTING the exact same standard of "just trust me, bro", in OTHER cases..
(Well, of course you CAN believe in any standard you want... But you've just turned trans" into a popularity contest; "REAL trans" = "trans-IDing people that you DO like"... "FAKE trans" = "trans-IDing people who you DON'T like".)
      There's only two possible honest, objective, self-consistent standards;
Either (1) you universally ACCEPT the claims of ANY person who claims to be "trans" (no matter how much you like/dislike them, how much they do/don't "pass", how honest/dishonest you think they are- Coz that stuff is ALL just 100% subjective opinion.)
Or else (2) you reject ANY male claiming to be "a woman"/ANY female claiming to be "a man" (with or without the "trans" prefix; It's a man invading women's bathrooms, either way.) EVERY case, zero exceptions.
Either "woman" IS an adult human female, always, exclusively, no-exceptions, no excuses, no weaselly work-arounds like the "trans" prefix, or "self-ID", or "dysphoria", or whatever else. (and same for "man")
...or else "woman" is a meaningless label that ANYONE can adopt, for ANY reason they want...
But it can't be BOTH at once; Woman can't be "adult human female" when it's Dylan Mulvany... But then switch to anyone who FEELS woman-y", when it's Blair White wanting wrong-sex, women's pronouns, or inviting himself into women's bathrooms...
(And it makes no difference WHAT beliefs or claims or admissions that Blair, or Marcus, or ANY trans-IDing person makes; If they admit to "not being a REAL woman/man", or not. They can be as "based", or "woke" as they want- Beliefs/words can NEVER turn a man into a woman", or vice versa)
You can't oppose a lie, by deciding to only SOMETIMES believe/affirm that lie as "truth"
Men either CAN opt-in to "woman" status (ALL men, for ANY reason, whether you like them, or not)...
Or else no man can EVER be any kind of "woman" (or *trans woman", or "she/her", or whatever other work-around)...
But the rules can't just switch, from one person, to the next...

But being a woman is not a prize for effort and it’s not your looks that make you a woman. The only thing that makes you a woman is your biology. You can be a man who has a load of surgery to try and ‘pass’ and who tries to emulate what they think are female mannerisms, but they are still male and a man and they still should not be in any female only spaces. ‘Passing’ does not give men the right to transgress women’s boundaries.

I am a natural born woman...ugh I have to say that. I had painful ovarian cysts for years after I started puberty and many other health problems. I was told I may be able to get pregnant but not carry a baby to term. I lost 3 babies and was on bed rest for my daughter who was finally born healthy and carried to term. Let's have a retreat for people claiming they understand either side.

why would any woman feel insecure about trans women? This sounds way more like projection. Considering that being trans is all about gender identity, it is not surprising. Hopefully she is getting therapy so she can feel more comfortable in who she is. their is nothing wrong with being a trans woman, i don't think it is healthy trying to compare yourself to biological women, or anybody for that matter. 'comparison is the death of happiness.'

Don’t need CIS. We’re just WOMEN. TransWomen are MEN. “TransWomen” is as close as they are ever going to GET to WOMEN. But WE don’t need an extra descriptive. Cuz we’re WOMEN!
And we’re the ONLY people who get to use it. Thank you, Marcus. ❤

How bout not adopting bs propaganda language?! Cis isn‘t a thing…trans in front of woman or man does the deed.
Or do you refer to yourself as non-diabetic, non-alcoholic, non-schizophrenic…to list but a few? No, you don‘t.
We don‘t refer to ourselves as non-sick just because we are healthy.

Way back in the 80s in biology class the word gender was equivalent to six they were interchangeable. I have yet to figure out when gender separated from sex.

As a woman who was masculine presenting when I was younger, if someone thought I was a guy and called me "he/him" or thought I was a woman and "she/her", it never bothered me. I actually enjoyed people walking up to me and asking me what gender I was. I would tell them, "what do you want me to be?", and walk off. These people are placing too much of their self identity in others opinions, instead of fostering their own self worth.
