Remember to keep checking for updates! Developers know about these problems and will always attempt to patch them!
They don't patch controller support, what this is, is a bug that Google caused by trying to add support for joycons

I have a problem where my controller only works on the home screen but when I go into a game the controller is non responsive but the app can still recognize the controller it gives me opinions like press y to delete or something like that but if I try to press or move anything it just won't work does anyone else have this I can't find anything online about this this is a new tablet and controller and the controller works on my brothers phone so it must be my tablet it's brand new can anyone help me figure this out?

What i did was reconnect my controller and then I renamed it Ps5 and it fixed my mapping for some reason.
