- ROASTED RED PEPPER TOMATO SOUP FROM FRESH INGREDIENTS! (EASY, QUICK, SHEET PAN)
Ingredients:
12 cups diced paste tomatoes, cut into large 2-inch chunks (about 4 pounds)
1 large red bell pepper, cut into large 2- inch pieces
1 small yellow onion, quartered
2 whole garlic cloves, peeled
2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh thyme
1 teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
