    Good video but in the end of the video, what do you mean by the "clearance between disc and the valve". So what is this "valve"?

      Moving balancing disc and stationary balance valve ( counter balance head which is fixed on casing)

    Discharge pressure jo impeller ke back pe hai woh uske suction ki taraf push karega again so to avoid agar hum balancing disc use kar rahe hai toh clearance badne ke baad balancing disc ke backside me jo pressure hai woh bhi suction ke taraf hi push karraha hai toh balance kaise horaha hai

      Discharge pressure act between balancing disc and balance head ( stationary) and move balancing disc opposite to axial movement of impeller due to discharge pressure. When water flows back to balancing disc pressure drops and equal to suction pressure or balance pressure and maintain balance and keep shaft in center. If any doubt ask again. Pls watch video slowly with explanation.

    may i question mister, a problem in pump, pressure in line balancing high, normaly 7 - 10 Bar, but when operation 20 bar, press in and out normal, in = 7- 8 bar, out 125, bar what the problem, may you help what the problem

    Sir what gap to be maintain between shaft and stage casing also gap between balancing seat and balancing seat

      Each pump manufacturer recommend the size of gasket between stage casing and gap between balancing disc and seat. You have to follow the same. However stage casing gap is decided by gasket and impeller shall not touch the casing. The gap between balancing disc and seat is decided by measuring total axial float and shall be kept 2/3 and 1/3 of total float.
