I’ve been procrastinating on retwisting my locs, but this video rlly helped motivate me, and made me feel more secure and confident in my locs. Thank you
Painless and beautiful! I have been in so much pain going to a beautician to do my locs. God has been telling me that I don’t have to feel this pain… just do it yourself. Then your video popped up ♥️🙏🏾😇 thank you Angel 😇
Awwwww omg this just made me so happy! Sorry for the late reply 💕 I am so glad i could help. Hopefully you've had the chance to try it out on your own, hoping it wasn't too bad! You got this 😘
Yesss you do look good ✨☺️. I will definitely be taking your advice for when I do my next re twist by myself! I was discouraged because they weren’t perfect but I’m realizing now they don’t have to be.
☺️💕 Owww , thank you Honey . &Yesss , take it easy ! It'll get better the more you do it . No need to stress it . It's almost too easy to make it look at least some type of nice ! 😅
OMG 😭😅🥰 I remember seeing this pop up in real time & it made me sooo happy lol . But I had got wrapped up in something & forgot to come back to it that day . But you are too sweet for that lol . Gave me a little confidence boost 🥹 . Thank you so much .
Thanks Boo 🥰🤍 . Woot woot ! lol how would you rate the first time 1 - 10 ? just as far as the overall experience ? I'm sure this time will be just fine , if not better 😎 . Thank you for watching Love ❤️
@@ItsPronouncedKyra You’re welcome ☺️! My first time doing it I think was about a 5 😂! It wasn’t super neat like my sister gets it, but I didn’t use a mirror, combs, or clips either. I might use clips this time though!
Sooooo right now being only 2.5 months in I'm definitely teamA with my locs but can see myself switching to team B once my locs mature and actually fully loc if that makes sense
🌱 Drop a comment on which SELF RETWIST team you are 😅 TEAM A: Just get it done ... with love 😌🌚 TEAM B: I need that retwist to be professional level 🥶🔥 ** We know I'm Team A 🤭

@@ItsPronouncedKyra I just loc'd up mine, no did 2 strand twists on short hair(prolly 2 - 3 inches long) and I'm kinda anxious to wash. It's been a week now.
LMAOOOOOO I said I don't even need to point this out , somebody will definitely peep that auto style they hit when I took them out the SHIRT 🤣 . Lol I don't like using towels on my locs .
I love that u said your parts don’t make sense after my mom combined my locs my “grid” parting didn’t look the same or made sense to me anymore lol but after a while it grew back on me because I wanted to start over and I took down like 4 locs locs and was like nah this too much work and my mom put them back in lol and since I’m 3 months I just need to let them grow into themselves I got my hair styled and going to try and go 6 weeks with the style hopefully I can last lol
Ah yeah I understand completely w the combining ! 4 locs though lmaoooo , well yeah , that is def enough to learn a lesson 🤣 . Awww , look at Mom the Loctician , putting up w you ! lol . But girlllllllll 6 weeks ?! My scalp would be SCREAMING to be let free 😭😂 . Good luck to you !
It honestly all just depends on your hair 🌱 Your texture , starting method , etc . &What do you really mean by hard ? As far as when they become thick , everyone would give you a different answer I'm sure . Your hair really is on it's own page throughout this journey . I'm sure you still have to continue through the budding and locking processes , so you're going to see a few different things happen before they take their true size . They expand , frizz . They have to settle down a lot 😅 . I would say my locs probably got to their true size around month 12 - 13 . But I also would go months w out retwisting , so I wasn't forming them up every month . Hopefully this helps , but everything will work out 🤍
Your locs are the perfect representation of the history of locs . Them being perfectly imperfect and still beautiful 💖
🥹🥰 Awww Girl , that really means a lot . I'm honored &flattered . Thank you so much ❤️

I’m team In the Middle. I don’t worry about perfection but I do use a mirror. 😅😭I don’t take the time to comb and separate parts.
I retwist my front and don’t care about parting my mom professionally do my locs but I like when my hair looks old lol idk I’m team both 😭
I’m definitely in the middle lol I don’t need my parts to be perfect or anything but I still want it to look neat

Is it normal that my 3 month locs is a little bit hard? And I was asking I have 47 locs and I was wondering when they will become thick.
