I’d definitely look into asking for a credit limit increase if you can! 5/24 shouldn’t impact that. Or you can call Chase directly and ask about this when trying to product change.
DPs show it’s a requirement for Chase as it applies to the Ritz Carlton card too. You need a min $10K. The same should apply to the CSR because of Visa Infinite. The only Visa infinite that doesn’t have this $10K rule is the USBAR and another card I can’t remember.

I don't meet that with my CSP, don't have other Chase cards to transfer from, and locked in Chase jail, lol.
You may be able to request an increased credit limit
I’d definitely look into asking for a credit limit increase if you can! 5/24 shouldn’t impact that. Or you can call Chase directly and ask about this when trying to product change.
DPs show it’s a requirement for Chase as it applies to the Ritz Carlton card too. You need a min $10K. The same should apply to the CSR because of Visa Infinite.
The only Visa infinite that doesn’t have this $10K rule is the USBAR and another card I can’t remember.
Chase is building a lounge at LAX. Hopefully it gets opened soon.
That’ll be great!!
Chase nerfed the most important and useful travel protection on the CSR which is pretty significant.
Which protection is that

Won’t be able to post a link to the article but check out Frequent Miler’s reporting on it. The title of the article:
“Chase partially tanks “pay partial” trip cancellation insurance”
Thanks for bringing that to our attention! That doesn’t ruin the card for me by any means, especially because it’s a niche case in which you wouldn’t be covered, but it’s good to be aware of for sure. Luckily the card still has arguably the best protections in the game despite that partial change. I appreciate you being here so early btw! 🥉
@ Good video. Love your channel.
