Who ever the Spanish VA was did an excellent job at replicating Matthew Woods accent albeit with the help of the exact same vocal modulation used in the show I assume.
French version sounds like a Covenant elite commander ordering a purge of the human population on a human colony during the Great War in Halo franchise. I think that is equally terrifying compared to all of the atrocities in Clone Wars.

English portrays his psychotic glee, this is the one who loves standing in the middle of all this. German has that calm yet cruel cadence that embodies his menace. This is the one who relishes seeing them slaughtered. Czech has this tinny, metallic quality that shows off his inhuman qualities. This one is the raving of a mad machine. Japanese tries a different tack, making him sound almost unearthly. This is the one who sounds the most monstrous, the demon in face, voice and soul.
Czetch Grievous sounds so maniacally sassy. Like "well, you heard your dead mama didn't you? Run for your misbegotten life!" Romanian almost makes it sound personal, like he's harbors a demonic sort of hatred or disgust for the nightsister. Spanish sounds the most similar to english grievous imo Slovene and Polish definitely offer the regal, arrogant aspect of Grievous voice Of course I can't praise the english one enough!
I love how it almost seems like he has a different set of characteristics and/or emotions each time. Some he'll come across as more of a stand-up general while others he'll come across as more threatening and maniacal. Laughing's part of the script but the increasing or decreasing of it REALLY changes the tone of the scene on the spot. Japanese was straight out of Guyver and I couldn't be more for it.

I'm surprised how similar the voices are in most languages. Usually, these "multiple language" videos have a higher variety of voices. I think the only two that went really out of line here were the last two. Most translators stayed very close to the original here.
