Those who waisted decades of their lives watching the Challenge/RW TV series as I have know exactly how this 'rivalry' all started and that it's more about Wes. Years ago, Wes dated RW Austin cast member named Johanna. During a Challenge season, Johanna cheated on Wes with a cast member name Kenny Santucci. Wes and Kenny became enemies and the whole thing grew into a rivalry. Kenny was friends with Johnny (and many others who tended to run the Challenge House). Wes was a black sheep type in most seasons (when CT wasn't casted) and therefore wasn't liked by any of Kenny friends (including Johnny). Wes tended to threaten their power and confront them in arguments (sometimes near fist fights). Kenny (and many others)eventually cycled out of the show throughout the years, but Johnny continued to dislike Wes and Wes more or less responded in kind. Wes still tends to undermine Johnny's strategies so there's tension there.
