Look paladins are strong. Against other melee? Yes they’re strong. Against casters who negate melee damage nah not really. Aka priest???
I main demo warlock and unholy dk. I played all the classes even tanks and healers and rets are by far the easiest to play. Aside from restro Shamies and restro druids.
It’s how comfortable you are with the class. I beat most demo warlocks that duel me and I beat most unholy dks when I play on my dk. It’s all how you feel comfortable.

And the hybrid specs that should be fine on self heals get crap, because they have to stop or sacrifice their dmg to heal, but those classes like rogues... Cmon, too much stopping power and heals on top of that.

Why do rogues selfheal more than hybrids (shamans, paladins, priests, druids)? And why do they heal significantly more than classes which have their class fantasies build around the manipulation of life and its' regenerative and degrading energies? (warlocks, DKs)

Cause sub is bugged right now and SnD heals you for a shitload cause of an old passive
In sl every time you pop Slice and dice you heal 30% of max hp over the duration. So if you pop 1 combo point SnD you heal 30% in like 6 seconds or something. So unless they do not remove it, rogues will be top tier again lol

what's giving them that much healing? did they buff the "heal in stealth" thing that's nearly useless on retail?
Edit: I researched this, and they have defensive conduits that make S&D heal for 30% max hp over the duration, and they have another conduit that makes entering stealth (or SD) give them a 25% max hp shield. All of this is incredibly broken. Subtlety is 100% immortal even against the dps of two players due to this amount of self healing. You thought warlocks were bad on retail for getting 0.5% of max hp as a shield per second? Think again.

@@samisuhonen9815 Its an old passive which apparently still is in the game. This came to light after SnD came back. Now SnD heals for % of hp.

@@pewpew4950 not really, it's OP id you add an OP class like Warlocks or Mages to the mix. Then it might become something hard to fight.but still, rogues are trash by themselves usually, is all I'm saying. Look at BfA rogues, it only works with Mages or Warlocks which are super OP, and doesn't work with anything else, really. Exeption is Pika but that guy is just insane on rogue and is in a league of his own.

Just so people understand what is going on here. It's two bugs. Slice and dice has a conduit that gives it a heal over time, but you can't use conduits until level 60 (so, he shouldn't be getting the heal). The second bug is that it is doing massive overtuned healing. It heals around 1800 per tic on a health pool of 24K. It is percentage based, so it does scale with your health.

It's not even bugged, just way overtuned. Checked the notes and saw the conduit for S&D give an 18% max hp heal even on the lowest rank. Also there is another defensive conduit that makes entering stealth absorb 25% of max hp in damage, which is incredibly broken.

I think you're having the same subtlety rogue bug that is happening on ptr aswell. For some reason slice and dice heals %16 of your max hp every 1.5 seconds for the duration slice and dice is up. That is probably why you are always at %100 hp as sub rogue LOL

You can test the class changes on the PTR right now, no need for beta to see what feels good
I don't really play rogue, but feral had received some love in damage and healing, I still need to do further testing but so far feels great on beta, although berserk got nerf with the energy reduction removal (now only on incarn to make it more appealing)
