Yes - it's used as a hymn tune - known as "Pleading Saviour" ... credited to Joshua Levy ... however it's quite common for hymns to have been based upon existing folk melodies.
This is so good! I loved learning these tunes. I will miss doing these so much when you get too busy to do them (even though I do hope you get too busy because I want to see you play live)
