Best cdi ever made at the moment they are for nothing on ebay wait until all the damaged ones are gone the price will change a lot . Cds are cheap they are tactile and sound superb . I have both the nexus and 1000s the most fun to play on are the 1000s simply because you can easily mess a mix up you have to be able to beat match to play them in a couple of years these will be sought after .

Just purchased 2 used MK3 for $650 from guitar center.....before that I was spinning on denons....they were horrible. Hopefully I get a better experience with the MK3s. I wonder why pioneer didn’t add USB ports on this model???? Either way I’m excited....can’t wait to receive my order.
I have the exact same set up and have had nothing but problems..I can't get the cue button to work correctly instead of it stuttering it just plays the track on serato..I changed it to absolute as recommended but still not working..any recommendations? is your music on a removable hard drive or ?
Bro pliz explain to me how it works. Am gonna be buying some CDJ 2000 Nexus on boxing day, I already have a Pioneer S9 mixer en wanna hook em up in HID mode using a Mac which only has 2 USB ports. I wanna leave one port for my external hard drive.
Africansoundboy also if your computer has firewire port or lightning port get a hard drive with those ports and copy all your stuff that external drive. This way you save a usb port and you get a back up drive too!

bro, do u have a connection setup that u can show us?
For the mk3s you just need the time code cd’s, and connect them to a serato capable mixer or a serato audio interface like the SL3 or Denon ds-1.
