HP/LB is the measure of performance. 2.5 hp in a 60 lb (plus rider) scooter isnt bad. Think 250 hp in a 6000 lb vehicle, and you have a 1970's Cadillac or Lincoln.
The CAT mini dozer is not really a mini. Its a smaller CAT but since the D6 has only 150 hp I would hardly call it mini. You should check out the Struck mini dozer that has only about 5 hp.
You left out a real nice mini Jeep that’s sold in the US, but made in china. It has a 125cc china built Honda clone, with a built in three speed. But only rear wheel drive and rudimentary golf cart like suspension and brakes. But can reach 27 mph. But looks like a scaled down Jeep.
