Boxing is scored by rounds, not by highlight knockdown. I like both guys but had Tyson winning 7 rounds and Usyk 5….plus knockdown so a draw would have fit

I’m not a fury fan but I was impressed with how much he had left as I thought lifestyle would have caught up with him. I don’t much like his style of fighting but he did use his tributes quite well but going backwards didn’t suit him. That said chasing usyk is not a great place to be either.

Nah, it's was a good 8 count. Fury wasn't getting pummeled but ropes kept him up. Anytime the ropes keep a fighter from going down it's supposed to be considered a knock down. Ref made correct call.

I am a Tyson Fan and being honest i had a draw, but being honest again it technically was a KO by Usyk the ref saved him in the 9th, so i feel Usyk deserved it..

He was dominating and lost the fight because he got exhausted and tried to back out with his hands down in 9, that’s when Usyk caught him. His body isn't the same as it was and I don't think he could step on the gas later on now. 2 to 3 years ago he'd of crushed Usyk but Usyk won by taking over the latter rounds. If someone doesn't hit the canvas in an undisputed fight, they will always get every chance. Had Fury been stood still taking endless, unreturned punches, then the ref may have been forced. But he was still on his feet and moving from danger. If you think a ref should stop that, you have no idea about boxing. Usyk won by 2 rounds for, me. So no bias either

Nah fury had a good few rounds after Usyk started well then Usyk went up another gear like great champions do and fury couldn’t stay with him, the ref saved him in round 9 when he should have been stopped and he survived admirably in the last few rounds but he looked petrified, Usyk had put the fear of god into him

Fury said he wanted a rematch after the fight in the heat of the moment. But changed his tune in the post fight conference meeting acting like he was no longer as sure.
If it was subjectively even 60/40 Usyk, the judges would’ve been hell bent on giving it to Fury just like the Ngannou fight. Usyk needed to clearly win to even have a chance of winning a ‘coin-flip’ by the time it reached a decision. Usyk clearly won, and Fury will buy into the delusion that he should’ve won because of Frank Warren and the pathetic post-fight, bias-fest interview from Sky Sports after the fight

How could one judge give the fight to Fury. Boxing judges must explain their decisions to a boxing panel and never be allowed to judge a fight again if found guilty. Big money is corrupting boxing.

How can Frank say he thought Fury won it when the stats say punches landed 150 to 185 (Usyk). Big punches landed by Usyk was" double" that for Fury. Even Stats show Usyk won.

I’m a massive fury fan but he lost 7 rounds to 5 with a 10/8 round 9
I had fury winning before the fight.
He was in complete control and won rounds 2 to 6 and maybe the 12.
But usyk had the technical knockdown so won by a round fury had usyk hurt a few times but simply stood bk which was weird? From rounds 10 he should have gine on the front foot and taken the fight to usyk .in the past he has changed tactics mid fight for the win but he stayed on the bk foot which went against him as the fight wore on.the only fight left for fury is the rematch.he has to ditch his disgrace father and focus on sugar.
BUT this victory belongs to the great usyk.he has such a gteat heart and outstanding accuracy along with a great engine.
Well done usyk he is a credit to boxing .i hope he enjoys this victory with his family,he has truly earned it.

For Fury and Warren to think they won 5 of the first 6 round is ludicrous. Usyk won 1,2 and probably 3. He then won every round after round 7 including a knockdown. From 4-6 Fury had this fight in the bag and should have stopped Usyk but in all honesty the pace Usyk set was just too much for Fury to gamble on trying to get him out of there. Don't get me wrong Fury show absolute quality during those middle rounds and frankly I was blown away but some of the stuff he was doing, but Usyk mentality is unbelievable. Imagine prime Usyk vs prime Holyfield.. In terms of guts and fortitude it would be an absolute classic.
