Ok, can I just say they look like Sock and Mephistopheles? XD
They are meant too look like them, this was the creator's other idea for her college thesis, but she decided to go with Welcome to Hell instead because she had the idea for longer.

it does look like Mephistopholes, but there are subtle differences between the two. it's kinda tough to make characters look drastically different when u really like an idea for a design. i don't blame her at all for making this guy and Mephistopholes look alike 'cause it fits!
