    Fennel seeds 1 tsp
    Sugar powdered 1/2 cup
    Step 2
    Beetel leaves 4-5 pieces
    Milk 1 cup
    Green color optional 3-4 drops
    Oil 1/3 cup
    Gulkand/ rose petal jam 1 tbsp
    Curd 1/2 cup
    Finale
    Paan mix 1 tbsp
    All-purpose flour 2 tbsp
    Pistachios finely chopped 1 tbsp
    Gulkand/rose petal jam 1 tbsp

      Thanks dear, they are betel leaves. In vietnamese cooking it is used a lot. In india its teen raw as mouth freshener with lots of sweet stuffing.

    Hi.. dear Jyoti ji can you please guide me if I have to make this cake with one and half cup of almond flour. In that case addition, subtraction in ingredients. It would be very helpful for me

      Promila take
      1 cup almond flour
      1/2 c stevia
      1 tsp baking powder
      Wet ingredients:
      1/2 almond milk or coconut milk
      3 tbsp oil
      flaxegg 1:3 flax and water ratio respectively.
      I think this will work .

      I think you are talking about pan sweeteners, yes you can. Nowadays Unibic the biscuit company has also started paan masala. And its tasty.

      Well one can use milk with vinegar. 1 cup :1 tsp vinegar or use butter milk or egg if you are an eggetarian

      You can use ilk with lemon juice, chia seed 1 tbsp with 3 tbsp water

    It is not spongy. It is half cooked . Batter was thick. You should add some more milk
