Gud one!! V had pan cake...but it was basically vanilla sponge n the icing was pan flavoured. Paan masala crush was used in whip cream..it was too awesome!!
If using cream frosting, use oil instead of butter. If using this cake , use butter cream or white chocolate ganache. To flavour the frosting, use the flavoured saunf, gulkand and some ground betel nuts.
I have a condensed milk cake in the channel. Please take a look. You can use the same batter along with the flavours I have used here for a condensed milk paan cake.

Baking powder is less than Baking soda is it right as usually we use less baking soda as compared to baking powder

I used powder colour which I got in the nearby supermarket. You can use liquid colour or gel colour also.

It won't be a proper substitute. You can try butter milk instead of curd.

I use my 200 ml cup for measuring. You can also use a weighing scale.

Reduce temperature to 160C. The cracks is due to heat. By reducing heat, you get an even crust without cracks.
