The reason why Whole Lots Changed feels "off" and "experimental" is cuz instead of the song being in a traditional 4/4 time signature, it's in a 3/4 time signature lol

If you really listened to Utopia you could see trav has elevated in rapping overall especially from songs like My Eyes, LOVE, Skitzo, and HYAENA, and SIRENS those tracks alone show massive growth in Travis Pen mixed with elements of his older sound
