I am sure you being kicked out had nothing to do with the racist and transphobic comments you made in the community or the way you aggressively talked with other members of the community. Perhaps if you kept your bigoted world views out of the community and just focused on your providing good content this wouldn't have had to happen. If the CCCP is to continue to grow it needs to be a welcoming place and I don't think there is any room for hateful talk. We can look at other gaming communities such as AoE II to see how creating a welcoming and friendly environment helped it grow and flourish. This post is less for you, but more for anyone from the community who sees this and may be led astray by it. We can have great content and a positive community, we don't have to choose between the two!
Or maybe because the vote that removed him from the development team was anything but unanimous, with contributors and team leads that are twice as worse as him since not only they have extremist views, they'll abuse their power in any way they'll wish by manipulating the creator of the project and threating to mass mute or ban anyone who disagrees with them.

As far as I know the only person involved in hate speech is Pawn who spoke out openly against mixed race marriages and children, and had some anti-semetic comments. That is pretty clearly racist. I don't think being inclusive, as the other side of the community is, is an extremist view. If Pawn could have kept his hateful comments to himself he could have continued contributing. I do not see how keeping a positive and hate free community is a bad thing for CC.

There's also the ones that think that anyone who disagrees with them with anything, literally anything is a "fascist" The voting to kick pawn out wasn't unanimous either and they tried to hide the fact some people didn't agree with the vote. Also they don't give a fk about being inclusive, if you're trans and disagree with them, they'll either ban or mute you indefinitely, which means pretty much forever.

INB4 you say antifa is some evil organization, I hope you understand it is not an organization or collective, it is an ideology. Also your description of LGBTQ+ as a problematic group, where the 't' stands for transgender says a lot about what you think of transgendered people. The issue at hand wasn't with the person being transgender but with them being antagonistic on the server, starting a fight with Pawn which led to them being kicked out, that is a strawman argument and purposefully misleading. If, as you say the server supports the LGBTQ+ community that implies support for transgendered individuals. Also your characterization of these groups shows a lack of understanding and empathy. Finally the vote doesn't need to be unanimous, the majority ruled and nothing was hidden there is a post about it in the discord clarifying what happened with the vote.
