What are your thoughts on the new Crystal vs. Silversea?

My thoughts are that both are excellent. Entertainment on Crystal might be a touch better. The newer Silversea ships offer more dining choices. And, Silversea offers free Caviar anytime. Both offer excellent service, great accommodations and excellent butlers. Silversea "feels" a tad more formal, IMO. More "British".

I know they have Coke because that's what we drank, but they might also have Pepsi, not sure.
