This video was made to demonstrate to my audience the reality of driving a Tesla on the highway using Standard Autopilot. This feature is frequently confused with Full Self Driving Beta. My blog explains the main difference between the two. Join me on this journey as we both learn Tesla's advance feature - Autopilot. The footage I show on the video also includes my commentary and honest opinion of how Autopilot (Traffic Aware Cruise Control & Autosteer) handles the highway road.

When using standard autopilot it is better to keep the two pull mode. That way when changing lanes the traffic aware cruise stays active.

Thanks for the feedback! Autopilot is Mainly used on highways/ freeways and Main Roads w clear lane markings on higher speeds. Downtown will have lots of stop and Go traffic that putting the car on Cruise Control / Autopilot is impossible w pedestrians and cyclists present. As far as narrow roads, as long as the road has Clear Lane markings- autopilot will engage on speeds Higher than 18mph when no vehicle is detected ahead of you. (Source from Tesla Website)

Is this included in all tesla models? How about one outside US?
Yes, Autopilot is Standard on all Tesla Model 3. Auto steer and adaptive cruise control along w/ emergency braking etc. it's the Full Self Driving Supervised that cost extra ($99/mo)
