Listened to the line "when you say specifically performance management, you take out customer training" several times. I see the point and disagree as I think most customers want their employees to perform better, faster, etc. I would be surprised if that was not a primary function of providing customer training. Enjoyed the webinar and learned a lot - also learned why people often struggle with this decision as it is a confusing topic if you are not certain what you want to achieve - now and a few years out.

But, such is the nature of L&D that not everything's clear cut and it's interesting to get Craig's unique perspective on things.
