Hi, I have a picture. This picture is not existed anymore in the website, but it still appears in image google search!! I have tried to remove it from image google search by (Remove outdated content from Google Search) too many times, but each time I get rejected! Why??

This is something that you should be able to accomplish directly via your domain hosting provider. Instead of using redirects, it would be much wiser to perform a migration to SSL/TLS.

Sorry, I had the same issue. There is no bulk way to do this but to do it manually. Take several minutes a day and copy and paste these links and request removal. I had thousands too and after the removal request in the Google Console go to your website and block the IP that was accessing these 404's. It is an arduous and long process because these bad links had other bad pages linked to it.

how long a request to remove an url takes to be effective?
A bulk import/list option would be very handy. Submitting one by one forces caution, but can also take a lot of time.
