@@Smailjr Those are not 100% correct and important details are wrong. I.e. CC says "robot.txt" instead of "robots.txt". Small error with a huge impact.
@@Smailjr I'm glad you could, but computers are very stupid/smart and a typo in a piece of code or file-name is the difference between all or nothing. = != == != === If you know what I mean :)
It is good to see that the reports and elements that we have been using on our accounts have been highlighted thoroughly in this video. We strongly recommended using the tools talked about, particularly the inspection tool, which can help on a page to page basis to see any unique issues.
Under Coverage, Excluded, Not Found (404), I see pages that should not be on my site. When inspecting any of the pages in question, there is no referring page detected and it says "URL might be known from other sources that are currently not reported" ... what do I do in those cases? I want to make sure that if a link to this invalid URL is indeed on my site, needs to be fixed. What can I do?
Tool doesn't work, for example the AMP report shows Structured Data Error "Error in required structured data element" when using MicroData, if I use JSON-LD the error is gone, you're just forcing people to use your desired schema format.
I don't mean to be disrespectful and Im sure the narrator is a great chap but why are google using a chap with heavily accented, almost none decipherable English, to present their entire training programme on this subject??. I had to turn subtitles on which sorts of distracts from what might be on the screen. Not very clever!!
Please add transcript in video or description.
Activate the CC on the video, they have automatic English transcripts

@@andershansen9204 Yep they are automatically generated, but I could still figure out many words that were not clear in the video from them
