Hello~. This is Joconde.
The straps of my bag was broken. I'm frugal, so I don't have many bags.
When I tried to take it in for repair,it couldn't be repaired. They say it costs more money.
So, I put my wish for my next bag into a cake.
I made a Louis Vuitton Damier style tart. It's pretty satisfying.
I will continue to make luxury bag style cakes.
I plan to appeal to my man to buy me one of them.

Ingredients.

70g icing sugar
45g egg yolk
3g vanilla extract
100g soft flour + 3g cocoa powder
94g soft flour + 11g cocoa powder

I watched your baking videos to relax, but they made me realize how much I miss baking. I thought I hated all the work, but I don't. I hate my kitchen! So I have completely changed my kitchen to focus on cooking and baking again. So far, I've made a spice cake, cheesecake, and later today I will try to make palmier pastries. I hope someday I will have the confidence to make this too.
