You do need lockers for Doc’s Beach. I didn’t know what to expect and it was one of my favorite trails ever. It had a nice mix of ledges, climbs and scenery.
Thanks, trails like this show some of the benefits, but also reveal the weaknesses, overall it was a great day with friends and it brought me back home
Awesome video! Thanks for visiting our little town in the middle of no where. Doc's Beach and Red mountain are both awesome places to wheel around at. I use to own a modded XJ with locked Dana 44s running 37's. Some of our trails can be challenging.
@@crawlerutah the insane variety, and sheer number of beautiful places really cant be beat by any town except Moab. Obviously Saint George has Zion which craps on every national park in the entire country in my opinion. But just the sheer amount of beauty here is insane. If you come back you definitely need to see more 😁
I noticed the light throttle as well in the video, I think we are all learning from each other. Matt and Dave are two of the most experienced guys around.
Nice video bro and good looking rig me and you have basically have the same setup almost except for you have the double throw down in front and I want to ask you a question do the bypass shocks on that double throw down when you're driving around the street and everything do they make noise and how much?? Thank you!
They are a little noisy off-road, not so much around town. I had a jk with the double throw down and it felt better than this suspension does on my JL does off-road. On the road it is very good.
@@crawlerutah so on the street you don't hear any clicking and clacking on the triple bypass shock that's good news! Have you had your shocks tuned? The guy that does mine in Loomis California he's tuned mine and I mean they are so plush now .... Might want to check with somebody near you who does stuff like that that's the benefit of having these shocks you can actually tune those to your liking ! Thanks for answering my question because I've been wanting to go to a double throw down the front not right now but I'm still thinking about it...
It is on my list to have them tuned, I have aluminum bumpers so I think my spring rates are stiff for the jeep weight, my rear evolever on my jk was sometimes louder/squeaking, but these are not to bad
Nice jeeps. Thanks for showing me that I do indeed need lockers for Vernal lol.

Awesome video. Really good suspension setup on your blue jeep. Love that jeep!!

I was very impressed with Doc’s Beach, I need to go do Red Mountain some day. I thought the views and area were beautiful.

It is a beautiful area, I can’t wait to see more
I love docs beach! My favorite place to wheel. It helps that it is about 5 minutes from my house. Can’t wait for Vernal Rock Rally!
It was my first time and it was a great trail. What and asset allocation close to home!
Some nice rigs and some good driving.
Looks like an epic trail.
👍
I didn’t really know what to expect, it is an epic trail, beautiful vistas, challenging obstacles, ledges and climbs.
very capable rigs, I like the 'only use whats needed' throttle application, and, they were all nice and quiet.

Nice! That last obstacle was like me trying to fit into a pair of skinny jeans. Not that I've ever tried it mind you...
The last one was tough, skinny jeans would be a fun name for it😅😂
:)
@@crawlerutah Perfect name for it!
Great Video. So much fun to be out there with you.
Great day, beautiful, fun trail, you did a great job leading it
What Matt said

I look forward to it as well
Gnarly!
Gnarly is right
Most going through the Squeeze wait too long to cut driver. The blue JK did the best.

How do you like the evo long arm and double throw down? Worth the money?
I like the way it looks, but probably wouldn’t do the double throw down again, it rides a little stiff and $$$
