That looks amazing. Just a tip, for US modelers, I use LA Totally Awesome (available in the dollar store $1.25 a quart) to remove my chrome. It takes longer, usually overnight, but no fumes, and it is much less dangerous than oven cleaner. I have to find an equivalent to your mayo tube, ours come in plastic bottles.
