    Sir thank you so much you are excellent guru.according to yoga anuloma viloma pranayama rate1:4:2. Pooraka 1 kumbaka 4 and rachaka 2. But your system is different what is the correct system.what we practice .can you explain sir.god bless you❤❤❤❤
