Recipes :
Potatoes 350g
Carrots 120g
Salt 1/2 tsp
Green onion 20g
Onion 70g
Chili 20g
After 10 minutes
3 eggs
Black pepper 1/6tsp
Salt 1/5tsp
Cooking oil 1tbsp
Black pepper 1/5tsp
Salt 1/4tsp
Stir-fry for 6-7 minutes
1 egg
Spring rolls are spongy
Water
Fry for 8 minutes

There's spring rolls look delicious! 🤗 Or are they egg rolls? ❓ Or something else? ❓ I also love the short, simple ingredients list.
I have a question about one of the ingredients, What are:
" Spring rolls are spongy?"❓
After googling around, I think they must be some kind of spring roll wrap, but I know nothing about those. 😲
Can I substitute those for tortillas? I don't think tortillas would be transparent like the one shown in this video. I really like the transparent kind in Vietnamese restaurants but I don't know what they are called.
Any thoughts on this topic?❓ Please educate me.
