The Way is hands down the best meditation app! Never heard of Henry before it but he is an amazing teacher.Had a couple "oh shit, this is why people meditate" moments once I adhered to daily practice.
Excited to listen to this in the gym!

Wow, Henry really went deep in this podcast-it feels like getting an insider’s look into decades of Zen practice and mind inquiry. It’s almost like I’m hearing things I shouldn’t be privy to 😅. Absolutely fascinating, thank you both!

Speaking of awakening I highly recommend looking in to David R. Hawkins' work.

Henry used the quote, " Between stimulus and response lies a space. In that space lie's our freedom and power to choose a response. In our response lies our growth and our happiness"-Victor Frankle, in the book Man's Search for Meaning.
