Try putting the banana in a wrap along with some peanut butter and a vegan version of honey. Ooooooo!😊. If that’s not hitting the spot try Nutella, then maybe some cranberries.

Thank you for your compassion for living beings! You cannot come to God without kindness and compassion! Eternal True One God LOVE does not love any violence! Violence is committed only by the devil, who pretends to be God!

    Loved the video!!! Two questions!
Have you been to any places where you were pleasantly surprised at their vegan range?
And do you have a particular foods that help give you lots on energy when it gets tough riding?

Hi Meg! I was probably pleasantly surprised by the range at the cafes in Cenggu, Bali. But their prices were unreasonable so that took the shine off. The food that gives me the best energy boost when riding is banana sandwiches, or banana and peanut butter. Sugar hit! xox PJ

The kraken (Pj) dietary habits are the bane of my life. I am a sensible vegetarian not an extremist vegan ... Just once I would like it if the Kraken could order without giving the wait-staff a third/fourth degree interrogation and requesting substitutions. She makes it sound so reasonable where she is totally out of control when it comes to her paranoia around missing a meal. Which is an event that has never happened and if it did I am assuming she would lay waste to entire villages. I won't bore you with how I live in abject terror of a shortage of coffee and/or soy milk but you can imagine.
