Since when has 220 volts AC been !5 volts DC? That's roughly what you get when you rectify and filter the output of a 12 volt transformer. Apart from that little error, turn it off and on a few times and it's likely to burn out. The current just to charge the capacitor will exceed the transformer and rectifier ratings. The motor looks like it is from a battery operated compressor and when fully loaded it is likely to draw 10 amps or more. Sure, it'll make the motor spin with a bit of tape stuck to it but what happens if you want it to do some work? It will draw lots of current, possibly shorting a rectifier and burning out the transformer, end of experiment.
can I use a motor like this as a table fan or water pump? is there any risk to shock or ac voltage updown.and how long can I use this motor?
you can use it on table fan. but in water pump is risky.
its depend on your components. if you use good quality transformer. and capacitor so its work very long time.

no dear if you direct use motor on 220v then its burn with in second. you must use transformer if you want to run it on 220v.
you can use bridge rectifier with transformer.

dear transformer provide you AC current. if you motor work on AC then you can use direct with transformer. but if you want to convert it on DC then you must use diode with capacitor.

Can we run the motor continuously? I think 775 motor can runs in 24v for high speed... So what should I use to get a 24v output
for 24v output, simple use 24v transformer.
we can run 24 hour but then motor life maximum 1 or 2 month.

1st check your circuit diagram. 2nd check capacitor voltage. try to use 50v capacitor.
same Diodes same capacitor 50v
but heat.
i remove capacitor after check

dear little bit diode and capacitor heat up. but if its more heating thats mean some issue. check your output voltage.
then again check diode bridge.
then check capacitor terminal positive and negative.
i hope you find issue.
if every thing ok then on power supply and leave it for one hour.
after one hour if its provide you output. its mean you can use this circuit.

Sir, how to run 4 dc motor with this method
dear simple use 4 output 12v transformer. if 4 output transformer not available so you can use 2 transformer of 12-0-12 and make same 4 output. using voltage regulator. (if you want long term working circuit)
12-0-12 give you 2 output of 12v and when you use 2 transformer then you get 4 output of 12v.
if you cannot understand then tell me i try to make circuit video only for you.
